  • Tasting evening with LWB to select your perfect wines

  • Welcome fizz* & table wine* from £12 + VAT per guest

  • Bar set up and staff costs from £1000 + VAT

  • Licence holder on site

  • Premium drinks and cocktails available by arrangement

*1/2 bottle of each per head / other welcome drinks available, £POA

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most dry hire venues will require that we have a T.E.N (Temporary Events notice) to run a cash bar, yes. London Wedding Bars can apply for this on your behalf, no problem

  • The drinks are sold at around 2/3 of the price compared to drinks on our full cash bar. Remember that we do not ask for a minimum spend on our subsidised bar either.

  • We usually suggest that fizz for welcome drinks and table wine for the meal make a perfect selection of complimentary drinks for your guests. If you’d like to customise your package we can do that for you by adding beers, cocktails, mocktails… whatever you’d like.

  • We’re sorry but with our subsidised bar package LWB must supply all drinks to your event. Our welcome drinks package starts at a very reasonable price and remember all glassware, service and logistics are covered too.

  • As we’ll be supplying the wine for your meal, we’ll invite you for a wine tasting to choose your perfect drop. And if you’re having cocktails on your bar we can taste those too!
